Mogro Mining was formed in 2005 after realising a death of BEE companies in mining services.The formal mining industry stated intention toadopt a proactive strategy of change to foster and encourage black economic empowerment(BEE)has resulted in the creation of outstanding opportunities for BEE.Provided that these opportunities are approached wiith practical and fundamentally sound business principles,significant benefits to the partcipating groups as well as to the economic development of the South African economy can be achieved

It is on this basis ,in order to explore opportunities presented by the mining industry and to create employment,that the establishment of a focused indegenous mining services company called MOGRO was born.
